Are the attars alcohol free?

Yes! all our own attars are 100% alcohol free, this makes the attars pure and natural and longlasting!

Are the attars skin friendly?

All our attars are tested and are skin-friendly, however it differs per person how sensitive the skin is and whether the person has allergies to certain flowers, woods or herbs.

Are the attars halal?

Our Luxuryattar products are made with highest standards of old tradition workmanship. The process to make the attar oil is called " deg and bhapka " This process allows the premium quality herbs and plants to release their scents by mixing it with water. The deg ( big jar ) will be filled with water and the herbs or plants, then it will be closed and sealed with clay to keep the deg airtight. After that, the deg is placed on a oven that is lit by wood. By the time the mix is boiling, the condens will travel trough a hollow bamboo pipe called 'chunga'. The end of the chunga is connected to the bhapka. This smaller container collects the condens what makes the base of the attar oil.

In this proces. We do NOT use any prohibited substances that fall against Islamic laws and norms, in fact attars are invented by Islamic people who made fragrances without alcohol.

Where can I apply my attar?

In principle you can apply your attar anywhere you want, keep in mind that this remains a concetrated oil. We do not recommend applying it to white textile surfaces as this can cause permanent oil stains.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


Where do we ship to? 

We actually ship worldwide! It may of course be that the country of destination due to various circumstances suchs as wars or epidemics, the local postal service is unable to deliver your package. Our advice is to check in advance whether your local postal service is able to deliver packages from abroad.

Which courier service will deliver my package?

That depends on the destination, we use the following couriers:

- DHL

- FedEx

- UPS

- PostNL

We advise you to check your track and trace code in your shipping comfirmation mail, it states which courier will deliver your package. ( Check also your spambox! )

When do I receive my package?

We will ship your package as soon as possible after the order has been placed. Luxuryattars has a processing time of 24 hours. Orders that has been placed after 17:00 PM (AMSTERDAM, GMT+2) will be treated as if they where placed the next working day.

Orders from The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg are delivered by parcel delivery company PostNL or DHL. Orders outside these countries will be delivered by the general host delivery company of the destination.

The average delivery time is now 3 working days.

NOTE : There may be a delay at your local postal courier, which means you will receive your package later than expected. We ask for your understanding.

My products came broken, what should I do?

Return and refund

Can I return my products? 

All our products are provided with a seal sticker, this is to protect our products and services. If the seal sticker is broken, we do not accept return products.

The product must be in its original condition and provided with an undamaged seal sticker, only then will we take back our products.

I have returned my products, when can I expect my money back?

30 days after the return process, we will transfer the money to the bankdetails used to purchase the products.
